Get Return Authorisation
We will respond within 1 working day with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions.

Send the Goods Back
Package items securely in their original packaging and send to our returns address using a tracked courier.

Refund or Replacement
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days, or a replacement dispatched.
What Can Be Returned
- ✓ Unused, unopened items in original packaging
- ✓ Items received damaged or faulty
- ✓ Incorrectly supplied items (wrong product sent)
- ✓ Items within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- ✗ Opened chemical or hygiene products
- ✗ Custom or cut-to-size items
- ✗ Perishable or time-limited goods
- ✗ Items returned after 30 days without prior agreement
Refund Timescales
