1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TradeCore Marketplace website and services ("Service"). By accessing or placing an order through TradeCore, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service. TradeCore Marketplace is a UK-based trade supplies platform operated for professional trades, contractors, and businesses.
2. Eligibility
Our Service is intended for business customers (B2B). By placing an order you confirm that you are purchasing for business or trade purposes. Trade Account holders must be aged 18 or over and represent a legitimate UK-registered business or sole trader.
3. Orders & Pricing
All prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at the applicable rate at checkout. TradeCore reserves the right to change prices at any time. An order is accepted when you receive a written order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates only and we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. Delivery is to mainland UK addresses unless otherwise agreed. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
You may return unused, unopened goods in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Certain items (e.g. chemical products once opened, custom/cut-to-size items) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned goods.
6. Trade Accounts
Trade Account applications are subject to approval. Approved accounts may benefit from exclusive pricing, credit terms, and bulk discounts. TradeCore reserves the right to withdraw or amend trade account terms at any time. Credit accounts must be settled within the agreed payment period; late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the TradeCore website — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of TradeCore Marketplace and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeCore's total liability to you in connection with any order or use of our Service shall not exceed the value of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
9. Privacy & Data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Service you consent to such processing. We will not sell your data to third parties. Data may be shared with couriers, payment processors, and other service providers as necessary to fulfil your order.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our Service after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
